I have tried so hard to find a model of that Oscar Kovaleski McLaren with the little slot cars running round it, but have so far drawn an extremely frustrating blank.

Accurate Miniatures made his McLaren M8B in 1/24. You may still find one on eBay

There is slot racing version in 1/32, but it doesn't have the track or cars on it. (Oh the irony.)

Thanks CanAm! If I can tolerate a collection with just one 1/32 in it, and having nothing to run it on, I might go for that.

Saw him many times at Highbury playing for Arsenal. A 'positive and robust' player by todays standards.

A belated entry. Emitt Rhodes, American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and recording engineer sadly passed away last July.
