I think the vouchers thing has been tried abroad, I don't think it changed much .

The voucher thing was discussed earlier in this thread and obvious flaws in that idea were quickly pointed out.

I had to laugh today.

I saw one of the moaners who visits my place of work, gambles and then moans she hasn't got enough money leaving McDonald's. She told someone the toilets were now blocked (hurl), waddled out only half using her crutches, threw said crutches into a brand new BMW, climbed in, struck up a cigarette and drove off. hehe
