This is how Amazon delivered my parcel.

I don't blame the driver. Amazon set unrealistic targets and 'promote' fast sloppy delivery practices...
I've never seen anything that highlights the good points of working for Amazon at any point in the chain, warehouse, delivery driver etc.
Regardless... You don't blame the driver? Thank god you arent important....? !I've never seen anything that highlights the good points of working for Amazon at any point in the chain, warehouse, delivery driver etc.

He might be the regional manager of a matress wholesaler, or HR director in a plastics company, or a PR consultant to the cosmetic jewellery industry... This is Pistonheads you know! We're not all work shy NHS doctors or University research scientists here you know!!
(I do agree that the delivery driver is a plonker though)

No staff should do this no matter what their pressures. They don't give a flying fk. Clearly not a job for them. And if I was his boss I'm afraid I wouldn't give him a second chance.

Nice selective quoting there. It was cml24 that you implied wasn't important, not the delivery driver.
My point to the op was hopefully he didn't hold a position of responsibility and 'manage' staff. It was said tongue in cheek. Grow up. mrtwisty said:
I would suggest you 'grow up' by not relying on petty perceived social differences in order to make a point (with which I, coincidentally, in this instance agree). It just makes you sound like a bit of a 'Captain Mainwaring' style buffoon.
Social differences? And your reply is what exactly?? Go away. derektrimblitz said:
We had an Amazon delivery last week. The driver reversed into my wife’s car at speed. Then fked off.. tt.
We have good CCTV though and I’m currently progressing it through insurers.
Unmarked van though and no real way of tracing the driver except reg. number.
Did it do much damage?? WowWe have good CCTV though and I’m currently progressing it through insurers.
