This is how Amazon delivered my parcel.

Yep. Son in law asked me if I had a spare mini usb power cable.
I said yes, there is one in a bag of cables I’d shoved up the attic a few weeks ago, give me a while I’ll pop up there later today and get it.
An hour later there’s a knock on the door, I answer, amazon packet for the boy.... yes he’d ordered a new cable rather than wait for me to get off my arse.
And they say the young care about the planet more....

I would have thrown it like a frisbee but he had an unusual technique.
Very much like a “proper” frisbee player in fact throws it. So much so it makes me think it’s probably a hobby of his.Watch the way this chap throws it overhand in the same fashion. I only know this as a school mate of mine ended up playing professional frisbee and I had no idea frisbees could be thrown any other way than flat

At least it turned up.
Thought I was a step ahead this year and actually ordered all of the family’s presents over this past month or so.
Last present to turn up was a new iPhone for the wife. However, apparently the DPD van got stolen along with everything in it on Friday. Pain in the arse. I’ll be lucky to get a refund this side of Christmas I reckon so now need to buy another bloody one while it gets sorted out.

We had an Amazon delivery last week. The driver reversed into my wife’s car at speed. Then fked off.. tt.
We have good CCTV though and I’m currently progressing it through insurers.
Unmarked van though and no real way of tracing the driver except reg. number.
I had a similar experience, Amazon van reversed into my car, fortunately with people watching, so went through insurance. That simple job took 20 months to sort...We have good CCTV though and I’m currently progressing it through insurers.

Do we know if the contents of the parcel survived?
What the OP needs to do is build up a special relationship with the delivery guy like I have with my postman. He found a safe place in the garden, then he signs for it for me.
First time he "hid" the parcel he left a note saying where it was. Took 4 of us ages to find, walking up the garden in a row like the police do when searching for bodies.
Now we get a note just saying "safe place". Worked Ok so far.......
The usual delivery gyys are OK and put stuff in my parcel box. I'm guessing this one was a Xmas worker. What the OP needs to do is build up a special relationship with the delivery guy like I have with my postman. He found a safe place in the garden, then he signs for it for me.
