Steady on, Bobbers. 1% per day is 365% per year. That's quite good in these difficult times.

And if you consider compound interest then I'm sure you'll agree it's time to restart the Christmas Club.

What about a distinct lack of interest? How do we tackle that?

Are suggesting we would have to earn money?

The very idea.

Well, there's Battert's Hand Crocheted Wet Suit range we could bring to market if would we coax him away long enough from building his own Death Star. He should try to act for the greater good. That's my feeling anyway.

Live and let live I reckon old boy. I know they can get a bit rowdy at times but it's only a W. I. coffee morning when all's said and done.

I was thinking the same Bomma old chap, I think Pushfit's being a tad tetchy today, no need for boathooks at this early stage, some finger wagging and a Paddington Hard stare should be enough!!!

Currently waiting for the removal man with a van. And his mate..

I have gratuitously cordoned off a large parking space with wheelie bins so that he can position his Luton as near as possible to the front door.
Now the highways/ local council roadworks bods want to dig up the road outside my son's house. FFS. grumpy Some ill-conceived plan to widen the pavement and narrow the main road down to one lane each way to add to the already terrible congestion and obviate any on-street parking which has been custom and practise since we all drove horses.
Marvellous. rolleyes

At least it's stopped snowing now.

It's turned to sleet.

And I think I am starting with Dicky's cold.
Either that or I have contracted that Tizervirus. grumpy

I would normally say something flippant in response to that magoo, but I fear it may be someone's funeral you're attending, if so, sorry for your loss old chap.

Glenrobbo, I was going to say that it was about time Mrs Robbo threw you out, but then you clarified it was your sons removal!!

Division Buns today.

Floyd used the name as the working title of one of their albums. They called it something else in the end.
