I was thinking the same Bomma old chap, I think Pushfit's being a tad tetchy today, no need for boathooks at this early stage, some finger wagging and a Paddington Hard stare should be enough!!!

Currently waiting for the removal man with a van. And his mate..

I have gratuitously cordoned off a large parking space with wheelie bins so that he can position his Luton as near as possible to the front door.
Now the highways/ local council roadworks bods want to dig up the road outside my son's house. FFS. Some ill-conceived plan to widen the pavement and narrow the main road down to one lane each way to add to the already terrible congestion and obviate any on-street parking which has been custom and practise since we all drove horses.
Marvellous.

At least it's stopped snowing now.
