Boob jobs are a different subject. Mostly if they are done properly and not over the top huge, then they are generally an enhancement.
Arse and lip fillers are awful. Look ridiculous. I think a lot of young lads these days are 'conditioned' to see them as attractive as that is the 'look' that everyone wants. Plus lads these days cannot think for themselves anymore because mummy still does everything for them and girls tell them what they like and don't like.

I think part of the revulsion people have to obvious cosmetic surgery is ‘uncanny valley’
Where we subconsciously think these people look less life like and a bit less human. We look at them and think something’s not right and it makes us a bit uneasy.

no, especially when middle aged women do it. A milf should have an element of class and equally slut, not hanging on to her earlier years desperate to keep the sagging chin level! Its like these filters that make their skin look like they're 10 years old with stars and butterflies floating around their face.

I think in many cases the point isn't aesthetics, so much as showing how much trouble they've taken over their appearance. Rather like car customising in that respect.
Having said that, I don't see how anyone male or female can look at a picture of say, a young Grace Kelly and think 'she's not attractive, but she might be with a trout pout and a few piercings'.
