Cosmetic surgery can really work and enhance, but it needs to be done right and have a subtle effect, the ones you notice have either instructed the surgeon to do so or it was done badly.

Plus everyones taste is different, I like natural, Thankyouforcalling said he prefers enahnced, there is no wrong and no right, its whats right for those involved.

I do think it looks mad having massive out of proportion lips, not many women are blessed with natrual features like they are aiming for with the surgery and so often overshoot and end up like Mick Jagger after a horrendous reaction to some peanuts.

There seems to be a trend for some kind of make up at the moment that makes ladies face shimmer and have a sort of tinge, but it reminds me of ham in the fridge that has gone past its date by some margin.
