Anyone remember the 70s TV series ‘The Chinese Detective’? Set in docklands before it became modernised as Docklands. One episode had dialogue referring to RM and RT type buses - joy for London bus fans.
Went in The Blind Beggar for a few pints in January. Pretty ste tbh.

A view from the ’70s looking back at how ‘things ain’t what they used to be’.
OMFG....I'm in it!!! 1:37-1:44, two lads walking into Stamford Bridge, my mate at the time Dave with the big fair hair holding the scarf, me on his left (to the right on the film) with the dark hair and bomber jacket. A view from the ’70s looking back at how ‘things ain’t what they used to be’.
I've never seen that. Certainly missed it on TV at the time.
Brilliant! It's gonna give my family a laugh.
Off to watch Chelsea this afternoon, so not much changes (well the waist and hair lines have). And today we're in a cup final v Liverpool. In 1975 we were probably playing Grimsby in Div 2.
