Do you split long threads? Dude when you gonna split my Old nightclubs never die thread?

Also, do you have a spare Marty Feldman head? We need one for our Anne Widecome body.

Sorry bobbers, didn’t see this.
There will be local driving instructors near you, I have no idea of the cost because I passed my HGV at 93.
Hope for all of us looking for a career change.
You kind of get stuck in it Dicky.
It’s not a particularly good job and it’s one I would not do again if I had my time over.
Bobbers has a trade, I think he already does the better job.
Apjolopties. I not only clipped your post, I also edited it.

Edited it. Nice to say. Edited it. But not easy.

Not much to report I'm afraid but thought I'd best make an appearance before the midday deadline.

I would, but that's not necessarily a good thing!!!!
Thanks for the info mate, it's more to do with having backup plans if I'm made redundant, the painting and decorating will take some time to get going, and yes you're correct that I have a trade but, and it's like my own, it's a big butt, engineering is on it's arse at the moment, there are far more engineers than there are jobs, so after talking things through with Mrs Bobbers we've decided it's better to have several fall back plans than limiting myself to just one!!!

Afternoon White Stiletto and Bomma!!! wavey
Wasn't about to say morning!!!

Ah, good afternoon, BigBen, my good fellow!

How are you feeling? Are your ribs okay? And would you like a rubber ring to sit on until the tenderness wears off? There you go...

Bobbers does tend to get carried away on occasion. Especially when he gets an initiate he really likes the look of.

I used to do the ceremony, but I'm getting too old these days, and I just don't have the stamina. I blame that Kylie, she never gives me a moment's peace. rolleyes

Anyway, you must be absolutely famished!
Bobbers is out doing his Bobberoo fish finger sandwich deliveries at the moment, but would you like some pickled eggs and a packet of scratchings to tide you over until the tea trolley arrives?

Would you like to share this pitcher of Absinthe?
I'll get Battert to bring you a fresh goblet and teaspoon.

You're going to love it here. But don't approach the Brigadier too closely. He's over there by the window in his wingback chair, and he whiffs a bit.
He gets all over-excited when he thinks he can see the fuzzy-wuzzies coming over the hill and loses control of his bladder.
There is no hill. Apart from the one he's over.

It's best to just close the curtains if that happens. Then get the mop and bucket.

Shame really, he used to be such a stalwart of the mess, and could tell a good tale or two.

I say! Do you take snuff, young fellow, or are you a Meerschaum Man?

Do you have any experience flying Sunderlands or Lysanders?

Are you handy with ordnance? Do you have a special set of skills that you have acquired over a long career?

Erm I've got them over here as Marcel the purve wanted to take a peak at the initiation ceremony!

I've popped them into Chronopost so should be with you by St Stevens day.

Doesn't there also have to be an R in St Swithin's Day?

It's okay chaps, I've already let him out with my original set of keys.

He's sat here with me in the Residents' Lounge.

He seems quite perky considering the extra lengths Bobbers went to this time.

Oh, we do all love a good Initiation!
Well, when it all goes well, anyway.

When will Dicky be bringing the New Starter Welcome Pack and Goodie Bag for BigBen?

Afternoon Bobbers. You can never have too many plans, cunning or otherwise. I hope all goes well for you.

As a last resort you could put the Photoshop thread on your CV and apply to MI5/6 and offer your services as a master of disguise/undercover operative.

ALERT. DONT let Stuntman near you in this situation - he has a habit of 'not finding the light switch' and passing you an 'ice lolly'

Then when the power is restored hes normally leering over you dribbling.

Nurse Hampton-Gussett has never recovered, despite having 'seen it all' she clearly hadn't quite seen it all.
