That's lovely. S&M and FBM all the way for me. Except the SE I ride most often as the pub bike...

This is my 'race' bike that like you, I don't ride because it's too nice*. biggrin (S&M seat and Slams)

*It also might be that I am too old and fat
Lovely! There should be a PH BMX thread for fatties.
Here’s my FBM

I’ve got a 24’ Skyway.

Built it about 8 years ago I think when they started doing frames again, unfortunately I had to put it into storage due to lack of space and now the chrome looks like it has a few rust spots appearing.

Need to have a closer look and see what can be done to sort it.

Was watching Traffic Cops last night (It was that or Titchmarsh) and one of the sections had a man found dead in a car in an Iceland car park. Seems he died of a drugs overdose but had all the kit needed in the car to cut into an ATM.

The policeman investigating had one of these which he was using to light up the interior of the car before they opened the doors.

The last thing I need is yet another small LED torch...

Ordered on Amazon last night and arrived this afternoon.
I have some big larrys (offer on Amazon I think) and they're great! We used to used them to walk to the pub when we had to airbnb for 2 months between houses. But since have been used countless times.
Ordered a big and a lil, look perfect for dog walks

I managed to drop mine in 6litres of used engine oil, was in there for an hour or so, cleaned it off and still works a charm.

Also been using the magnet at the bottom to get shrapnel away from drilling into metal.

I went to an antique store today to look at furniture and saw a magnificent mounted stag head for sale. This one was waaaay too expensive for me but since I've got back I've been looking at them online. I think one would perfectly finish off the study/man cave in my new house but the parents think I'm mad and my girlfriend is freaked out by the idea.
Someone talk me into/out of it please?

That'd be great with glowing eyes.

However, a camp bobcat would be optimal.

A few years ago I worked with a chap that had a family rule that only decorations made by the kids or gifts from others were allowed to decorate their Christmas Tree.

I very nearly bought them a taxidermy squirrel fairy for the top of the tree, before his wife had a pretty stern word with me.

Got a few taxidermy pieces - prices have settled again after a few years of being high.
Etsy will see you sorted for some quite tongue in cheek stuff.

I have a duckling that always gets comments (cute, such a shame etc) but it’s the snakes and spiders that worry people!

@patch that Skyway is cool! A mate had a 20” TA back in the day.

@ozzy search Teeko Furniture, we’ve spent a lot with him, lovely down to earth guy, based in a shonky looking yard, in a shonky looking housing estate in Brum.
We went around his place pointing out all of the things we wanted for our dining room, it was nigh on £7k once he knocked a lot of money off, he is a lovely big bear of a guy, eating chips and mushy peas at the time, had peas down his shirt.
We offered him a deposit for delivery and he refused, saying if you give me money, i won’t deliver.
He said he’d deliver at 7am the very next saturday… we drove away thinking we won’t see or hear anything (we are 40-50 miles away). Sure enough, 7AM a big luton van rocked up and 2 guys brought everything in, unwrapped the packaging and installed it all..
The table is that heavy, we literally cannot move it.. We had aircraft style chairs which were for sale elsewhere at £3k each, we gave £700 per chair.
We went again to furnish our office (missus desk is off an old industrial machine), then went again for our conservatory furniture.

Are these too small for adults to ride?

If so, someone should build adult size retro looking bmx's.

Yes, sadly they are too small. I took my aero pro burner to a ramp and the cool kids were laughing trying to figure out wtf it was laugh

You need a 24" SE like my cruiser, justGREEN!'s racer or Patch1875's Skyway pawn.

Oh jesus, this post caused me to visit the SE website. They now make full man sized bikes! eekredcard <insert Homer drool>

SE have had a massive growth in sales, due to the ‘wheelie’ trend!

They're not cheap! Saying that, I always wanted a Kuwahara and Im sure they were pushing £300 back then. I never got one, had a Woolworths special "Hawk Scorcher" but it was a great bike to be fair and served me well. God I loved that bike.

I quite fancy one to throw in the back of the pickup and pull out whenever I feel like stopping and exploring the area. At 47, I really shouldn't.
