Ah, Bomma, there you are, old boy. Have a shufti in the small hanger and see if any of these are missing can you?

A number of them landed on the lawn overnight and are causing consternation.

If anyone else can help identify them I would be grateful.

I think they are lateral consternators used for aligning wesselling drumbles.

But I could be wrong.
Strange that they have turned up on your lawn, Dicky.

Be careful, it could be an old gipsy trick. Are there any dags tied up nearby?

Morning all.

There doesn't seem to be much good news around and just to make matters worse, Dicky's suffering from UFOs.

We've got a tub of Quality Street, but unfortunaty we are self-isolating and in Tier 3 Lockdown, so I'm afraid we can't offer you any.

No sooner do I feel a bit better, the bloody washing machine's sprung a leak now grumpy

I'll be back in soon to deal with the various issues that have arisen, during the meanwhilst I'll don my scuba kit and grab a couple of rolls of Denso.

TFI Friday indeed. Harrumph.

Exactly, Bomma. I'm not all that keen on burger & fries either. grumpy

Bobbers, in answer to your earlier query "Visqueen" is a brand name of a heavy duty polythene sheeting material available on very wide rolls for use as a damp proof membrane prior to laying concrete floors.
It's extra slippy when loads of Mazola corn oil is poured on it, and great fun at parties when everyone gets naked.
In hot weather, it can be used outdoors on the lawn with sun cream instead of the Mazola.
Generally SPF 15 cream is suitable, but I like to apply SPF 30 to the white bits.

It's not much fun when in Tier 3 Lockdown though. irked

I think it may need a good handful of Factor 50 and a bit of 'Allo Vera!

Does anyone know where the Fordson keys are?

I'll need to drag something out of the hangar soon, sort these sodding Honey Otters out.

Last person I saw with the keys was his Dickyness, he was muttering something about "bloody coaches being sodding left blocking the ruddy drive" or words to that effect!!!

Have you looked in the cocoa tin labelled "Odds & Sods" on the shelf above the window over the sink? Should be up there on the left, Bom.
Failing that, are they hanging on the hook inside the door of the cupboard under the sink?

Unless Battert has them in the pocket of his Barbour jacket.

Glad you are feeling better Bomma old chap.

Would mrs Glenrobbo care for some crushed Pringles? You could blow them under the bedroom door with a leaf blower!

I have a theory on the chewed tape on the end of the sewer pipe.

The house is the first house as you enter the village,so it's possible it's the end/beginning of the village sewer system.
So from that house to the next house is about 30 metres and as its been unused and not been connected it's dry. I'm wondering if there might be a rodent or Serpant nest abode down on the road.
I think I'm going to water test that end first before I put my work on test.
If the water does not flow and backs up then it's not my problem and will just report it to the Mayors office.

Glad your feeling better Bomma.

I told you not to open those cans of nerve agent.

The Fordson keys are in the Bedford, the MK not the TM, Battert has gone on a pub crawl in the TM.

Is that the old TV adaption of 'Quatermass & The Pit'...? The mid '60s film version was on Talking Pictures the other week, the one with Barbara Shelley and Andrew Kerr.
