I also saw a wind up gramophone complete with spare needles for twenty quid.

Kicking myself for not buying it.

i would liberate S&M's coat from it's new owner.....but....i've been paid to not deal with that particular person.
yes that is very true

IOTN Lady Slopes and i happened to have reason to visit a certain Northern grocers chain that is making inroad dahn saaf and were served by Sansa.
Sansa used to be a man and is in the process of transitioning to a woman. Very pleasant to talk to and very efficient but with chuffin huge hands.

Saw lots of stuff like this.

Don’t you love junk shops.
I would have spent a sodding fortune in a place like that, I'm a bit of a magpie when it comes to tins and boxes!!!!
I have a spare two drawer stacking tool chest with a load of spare tools in and a cantilever toolbox full of tools I have no use for in the shed, I really do need to get them advertised and sold!!!

Oh look, today is the very last day of the Furlough Scheme.

Oh look, a new lockdown will be enforced by the looks of it.

Call me Mr Cynical/Grumpy/Tin Foil Hat Man but that is just too convenient for my liking

Interesting looking at the pic's of Stuntman's books there, I'll see if I can look out my copy of "World Cars 1981" or some such thing if anyone's interested?

I am an active member of another forum and the majority of it's members are simpletons.
They don't want a lockdown, they dont want BoJo in power
They think the best course of action is to lift all restrictions and just go about our normal business.

I'd like to say something but i have no desire to be banned and give them the satisfaction. But by christ are they stupid.

He's done the only sensible thing but you try telling staunch Labourites that.

Pubs, bars, restaurants, non essential shops etc are to close, don't go out unless it's for essental reasons which include
Work unless you can work from home
medical reasons
shop for food
Essentially the same and they will re introduce the Tier system as and when it becomes necessary after lockdown.

From one other household, travelling is discouraged unless it's for essential shopping, work or health care.

I should hopefully still be working.

Don’t think I can afford another furlough, that’s been extended but is it the 80 or 60% one?
