^^ i can understand swinging round via reversing getting the edge stuck (no way in that car park slo) and change of load but that right underneath the bar!

I would guess the truck reversed into the bollard, bending it backwards until the rear under-run bar went over the top, then drove forward again but this time catching the bollard inside under-run bar and continuing forward until it did a surprisingly good impression of a single shank ripper
