I know it’s not that clear, but on the left, each item is labelled as ‘meatless’... meat balls, burgers & sausages.
On the right, the meat is just labelled with vegetables names.
( The ‘butcher’ is holding a cauliflower )

Maybe they're leftovers from the 31st G8 summit? Fell through some administrative black hole.... discovered in a carpark many years later....
