Evening all, and thanks for all the 'die in pain and despondency' cards!

It will not be forgotten when the doors of Pequod Hall are opened, once again, to the general public from Triverton and beyond, and the cafe staff are being briefed to identify the 'wellwishers' and alert Big Norman to bring them to receive dessert, justly!

ION there is a gofundme#trivsurmer donation page to help purchase a sea going vessel to distribute the Old Duke's vaccine across the planet.

Please give generously.

Characters like that are few and far between these days. There's a weird butcher near us but he's not in the "friendly weird" category. I won't go in there.
Somebody Todd? Todd somebody?

I got a gun! I don't need a crossbow! Do I look like William Tell?
No, but Mad Carol may need to see the Loan Arranger to pay for all this work.

Hiyo Silver - Away!!!!

Didda bum Didda bum Didda bum bum bum... rofl

A crossbow is ideal if you don't want to reveal your sniping position or scare all the other targets with the noise.
Or use a Tac .50 with a suppresor on the barrel, then you're that far away you dont need to worry about revealing your position yes

Iotn - some guy found a live grenade in his garden and took it into the local plod shop.
Cue a massive panic and Army EOD being called hehe

Of course if they'd bothered to check it carefully, they might have seen it was safe and could have avoided the major panic rolleyes

Bom, what happened to the shipment of Spring Thunder you collected from the back of the SDA? Nothing arrived in the Lounge Bar, I'm informed, and the Yanks are asking awkward questions re the whereabouts of the OshCosh. I have assured them it will be returned and in the same condition, so please don't swap the wheels/tyres.

SGV to be determined once funds are in the bank, but we are hoping for something 75' long and a bit quick. Crew will be rqd.

I am somewhat late posting a note to you Bobber, but please accept my thanks for your kind words and the gift of Honey Badger Jam.

I will be avoiding any HB products for a while but it was a kind thought.

Who said anything about wearing a uniform?

Crew loincloth's MAY be issued for reasons of modesty but, other than that, this is proposed as a lean, green CovPoxVax delivery machine!

I did hear the rumour you had an Ursine fetish, but had no idea you were a subscriber of 'Health and Efficiency' monthly? Best we don't mention it if you want to be on the crew list.

Can you sew?

That's strange. Just had our man in Murmansk on the phone 'eager to do a deal.'

He sent a picture:

He added, "это выгодная сделка для грамотного мастера."

I showed it to Battert. He said it means 'Snip for competent handyman.' So, obviously, we have no clue what it means.

Battert. Fluent in Russian. Ha. The very idea.

The Spring Thunder's in the hangar, we can only take it to the Lounge in fairly small amounts otherwise the residents become somewhat "over excited".

The OshCosh is fine and dandy, we've not done anything to the wheels and tyres. Tell the Yanks it'll be returned as soon as Battert's finished the welding.

On second thoughts, don't mention the welding. Just tell them we'll return it in a jiffy.

That's a very kind offer of scrap metal from your contact in Mur, Dicky. Thank him and request he let us know when the radiation levels have dropped below 0.1 μSv/h.
