Struggling a bit this morning, very tired as crap sleep.

You'll probably find that the reason it was a recall in the US is down to the sue culture they have over there, not so prevalent here.

Made it work without ending up on fire so overall a good outcome!

Not sure if other countries have a recall on this part, will have to look into it.

She contributed an important part of the backing vocals on David Bowie's album Low. Seventy four seconds into the track Sound and Vision she sings Doo duh-doo doo-doo, doo duh-doo doo-doo, dooee-ooo. Which, as you can appreciate, was key to the success of the album.

She was married at the time to Bowie's producer, Tony Visconti.

Is it too early to award myself Monday's TT Trivia of the Day?

Major Jib? Good god! Is he still about? Invite him to the Towers. I'll convene a sherry morning and ask Major Domo round. Capital.

I've just been informed that the early shift is to continue now until the end of March, fairly happy with that!

I'd not heard anything of the old devil since he was involved in the Embassy siege?

It'll be good to hear what he's been up to.

Incidentally, the Embassy siege he was involved in was nothing to do with the Princes Gate business. No, him and the Brigadier broke into the cigarette machine in the NAAFI at Catterick.

Small world but I wouldn't want to paint it with a two inch brush.

Bonus trivia alert : she knocked The Beatles 'Hey Jude' off the number one spot in the smash hit, tip top, hit parade with 'Those Were The Days', but they didn't mind as she was on their Apple label at the time....
