Barely legal customer seems to want all the media attention she can get, no news here so why have they made a story out of it, plus looking at her picture she is after media attention wouldn’t you say so?

I think blaming the victim isn't quite right tbh. If it was your 16 year old daughter, you'd probably have a few things to say to the driver rather than blame her.

Going back about 30 odd years a mate was a pizza delivery rider. On a supplied Honda cub.

Had a few repeat visits to a house where the girl was a bit friendly with him. Thinking this might lead somewhere, he was made up when she invited him on one night. But nothing happened after a drink and a bit of chat. He goes outside and his bikes been pinched

I’d say it’s more council selling a totally earth shattering story like this to the press (attractive girl gets chatted up wow!!) than the delivery driver trying it on with her.

He probably got the idea off pizza delivery guy who used to do specialist videos for older boys & girls. Pizza delivery turns up, milf at home, hubby away, she doesn’t have enough money and a romantic liaison occurs. Something like that. So they reckon anyway.

The cynic in me would say that the outcome to this, and many similar stories, would be different if the lady in question considered the delivery driver to be hot.
