ONs aren't my thing, but I've always thought they look like *the* most comfortable shoes.
By all accounts the earlier models were pretty stiff and firm due to the Speedboard which meant a lot of runners really didn't like them after the 'Cloud' marketing. The Monsters seem to have changed that though, along with a new Cloudsurfer which looks like it might release this week.Divisive looks but I like them and they're also a bit different from all the Nikes wandering around.

i see them everywhere in europe, where they seem to be almost ubiquitous amongst 50-60 year olds
I fit right in then at 53!haven't tried any myself. after decades of wearing classics even my NB 574 feel like walking on air!

wasn't a dig really. you know the outdoorsey / still active and affluent older person. it they fit that look and are female, its very good odds they'll be wearing OC. i take this to be a good reflection on comfort and quality.

Wasn’t taken as one at all. I totally agree about them having a specific aesthetic. It’s just to find a shoe that’s helping. haven't tried any myself. after decades of wearing classics even my NB 574 feel like walking on air!
And if a 574 is like air they must have been like concrete!
