Yo peeps!
It’s sad. Since I left the UK I hardly go on PH. Been in here since 01. (Lost my old login email address)

Anyhoo. Got my first jab yesterday.

Sinopharm!
I fancy a nice Chinese for some reason.

Hello Bongtom and good morning all.

It's lovley out in the garden this time of day. Cool and just getting light.
Agent M has done her rounds, only one slight skirmish to report. A big eared hoppy insurggent was seen off with a few gruffles.
And now she's back in snooze ville.

Im off out to buy some treated baton wood! It will be used to mount mad Carols new tin sheds that they have bought in kit form.
They have constructed these and mounted them on the new concrete base I laid for them in the springtime.
I mentioned about dealing with rain water ingress before they started but it fell on deaf ears.

So now both sheds are shipping water!

So I'm now going to remove all the anchor screws and somehow get these sheds mounted on some batons that will be sealed onto the concrete.
4x4 meters these sheds are!
New blades for my recently acquired ride on will be bought this morning also.

But first,more assisted showering,agent M training etc.

Bonjour!

Morning.
All good here thanks.

My mate and his Thai wife just touched down in the UK. He was wearing a thin jumper and jeans and he said it was a perfect temp. She said “Why you say cold here. Not, liar!” (Yeah, she an ex bar girl).
29c and no humidity (compared to SE Asia). Lovely!

Enjoy the sun boys.

IOTN I can't log into Pistonheads on my PC, it just keeps returning to the home screen with the sign in/register in the top corner!!! irked

Mind you, at least Neasden isn't Crewe.... hehe
D you feel the need to have a shower after you leave Crewe??? smile
And wipe your feet before leaving?

Glenners - if you can see me, then i'm obviously doing something wrong. Spent a day doing nowt yesterday, listening to bikists heading up and down the Leek road to and from the Dog & Violin.

Lots of ice cream was consumed. And beer

The early morning sun is cracking the paving stones down here in Trivton-sur-Mer, and I'm facing a day of accountancy-related hell.

My part-time employment seems to be dominating my life, and not in a good way. This afternoon I have an accounts software upgrade to look forward to, after which I might be able to submit our VAT return. But before I can do that, I need to contact HMRC and register for "Making Tax Digital". Nothing could possibly go wrong. Right now, I even find myself wishing I was Bobbers.

In other news, my son spent the weekend mostly playing cricket. His regular team plays on Saturdays, and one of his mates from his junior days is skipper of another team, who had a game on Sunday, and were a man short. I was worn out sitting on the sofa watching cricket/golf/Formula 1 on tv. Don't know how he does it.

Stay cool.

Hi slopes,
Are you wild camping in Macclesfield Forest/ Forest Chapel, or on the campsite about a mile and a half SE of Buxton, just off the A515?
There are some lovely walks in the area.

And it's a bit cooler in the forests. cool
But watch out for the Roaches near the A53. smile
How's yer pinkie?

Bongtom, nice to hear from you. I mentioned you on here the other day, were your ears burning? How are your missus and Babybongtom?

And Hammo's mention of visiting Corvettes reminded me that we haven't heard from our member with the Big Viper, and his dog Dodge in a long while.

Bobbers, haven't you watched "Secrets of the Museum"?

It's another glorious sunny day here oop norf, and the paint is dry.
I shall apply another coat this morning.
Yes, two coats in this weather!
I must be mad! wobblenuts

Had 40s in Perth, Australia and it was hot as hell but you could escape. Anything over 32c with high humidity is unbearable. You sweat but the air is wet so it does nothing. 33c with 60/70% humidity is real feel on 40s! Ughhh!

It’s raining and cloudy today here. 29c. Lovely.

New blades fitted to the mower deck and a black coat of paint on top of the red oxide.

Just got to put it all back together now and hope that the welding back up of the mounting brackets are in the right place.
