Can't beat a proper sausage cassoulet, IMHO! With a bottle of hearty Languedoc, delish...

Chicken, sausage and ham. Haricot, butter and white kidney beans, tomatoes, celery and carrots.

Very tasty, very easy to make ten portions and have as a quick dinner when there's not much time for cooking.
