It doesn't really matter what you do, every single time you log onto a computer, use your mobile phone, use an app, anything electronic, someone somewhere knows about it, I refuse to run around trying to stop it, I just ignore it, I have an ad blocker on my phone and antivirus software on phones and laptop but that's as far as I'll go.

And now I've tweaked my back, fking great!!! frown

Well I'm stiff but mobile, I have a Chiropractor appointment next week anyway and a soak in the bath tonight should help.

PH cliche alert : ooh look, a squirrel! (see NP&E for details hehe)

I have a similar affliction to you Bobbers, this morning I put my back out trying to dig up some tree roots at the bottom of the garden, two Ibubrofen duly knocked back and the aching is starting to subside. Luckily I'm off work for a couple of days now anyway so no need to knock 'Tom and Dick' wink

ION, another Maserati book has 'mysteriously' appeared in the post, I'm supposed to be cutting back, not adding to the pile wobble

A mad munchy madam Magoo pizza tonight. Upon it had two different cheeses, chorizo Finely chopped by my good self, onion, garlic, streaky fine bacon and Asparagus and red peppers.
Huge it was. Nice also.

Agent M and myself have just had a quick mad sprint around the hamlet terrorizing everything that moved. That's the fourth outing today for her/me.

I've eaten squirrel before, i got some from a butchers before you all think i hunted a wild one down and devoured it.

I've had many opportunities to hunt, pheasant, partridge, crows, squirrels, rats, rabbits, you name it, when I used to beat I was regularly asked, but I could never bring myself to pull the trigger on a living animal.
