The world needs more Keith Floyds, he's a bit like Alan Clarke, but without the fab collection of old cars or a castle! (Whether you like Clarke's politics or not his book about his cars is well worth reading ).
Just finished reading a book about Ferrari 275GTBs. I want one.
Just finished reading a book about the William Towns designed Aston Martin DBS. I want one.
Just started re-reading a book about Fiat Dino Coupes and Spiders. I still want one.

Well we're ensconced in a nice little pub in Petworth awaiting our lunch, I have a pint of HSB whereas Mrs Bobbers has been good and stuck to lime and lemonade!!!
We've already walked 6754 steps and have more of the village to walk, and Dermot O'logical was quite correct, there are antiques shops a plenty!!!
Have a couple of pics of Petworth house and grounds!!!
And one of the spectacularly carved ling gallery!!!

Blimey, that row of terraced houses must have been built on the cheap! Only one of them has a front door. Do they all have to share it, or do the rest of them have to go in through their windows?
Nice big windows though, presumably to save on expensive stone, or because they have no lighting installed?
What a slum!

Obviously modelled on the ante-room to the Scrungeon. My estate car has been intermittently showing an engine warning light. My cheap OBD scanner read the code as a NOx sensor fault. Took it to the garage today and they confirmed it needs new sensors. The sensors are on back order, no idea when they can obtain new ones

Oh no! Does this mean you can't run it on Nitrous until you get new sensors? Can't you fit a RATO pack in the interim?
Mr Boaty McBoatyard: "They're a lovely craft, ideal for the Broads. Plenty of room on the aft deck, great for fishing. And the fore deck's good for relaxing and even a spot of sunbathing if the weather's kind to us"
"I was thinking more along the lines of a gun turret"
"Gun turret?"
"Yes, maybe a half inch Browning. Nothing too heavy"
"I'm sorry, I don't think that would be quite right sir"
"Don't worry. I haven't been quite right for a bloody long time now"

At last a good reason for the electric tailgate!
Next time I visit Manchester I will get her onto the M5 heading in in norferly direction, open the tailgate and then hit the switch.
