IOTN, I keep getting cramp in the back of my left thigh this evening.

It's severely limiting my enjoyment of lounging on the settee watching television.

What is it that triggers muscle cramps anyway?

It's stupid! irked

Lack of salt in your diet, a damaged muscle, reduced nerve function, stress, take your pick!!

I had a 124 coupe (RHD) in the 1970s for a short time - admittedly not a very good example - bought cheap and proved very difficult to sell on. Looked nice, but It was a very temperamental car, no great demand for them at the time.

I'm pretty sure it can't be lack of beer or whiskey, but it could possibly be caused by excessive fence erection.

Do we know any Rangers fans? Only, I regret not making any marmalade this year and could do with some Seville oranges. Not too much to ask is it?

Fit in the back of our new Fiat right nicely. Bit of a detour. Be fine.

A very good morning from what could be a wet n stormy outpost F. Lots of lightening last night and a few spots but it's now blowing up again.
Agent M has not moved of the sofa since 10 pm last night and looks set for another 3 hours or so.

I'm supposed to be doing diggering in a while and carting soil around the hamlet. It may get a tad damp!

Take care triv's.

Fout.

Goooood morning(evening/whatever) Trivetnaaaaammmmm!!!

Here we are, then. The morning of my annual blood test, which means a miserable bowl of gruel for breakfast, but on the other hand it also means the end of a week's salad and water diet (from which I may have lapsed occasionally).

A trip to Costco this afternoon, for the purchase of wine (both varieties, screw top), so a relaxing evening ahead.

In other news, O'Logical Jr has got himself another job, one which provides him with an almost 50% pay rise, and doesn't involve having to commute to London, so he's a very happy chap. His sister is working in an office without functioning air conditioning, which isn't much fun, except on Wednesdays, when they are provided with ice creams.

You're right about the Winter Gardens and seafront at Bawnmuff, Bobbers. They're still very nice, it's a shame about the town itself, which is now run down and generally a bit carp. I imagine that it feels a bit stabby at night.

Right. Onwards and upwards. I have a half-hour walk to my doctor's surgery, which helps with my daily step count, now north of 14,000 steps per day for the last year. That's a total of 5,178,380 at this precise moment in time, or 2,315 miles. The Up! only did about 4,000 miles in the same time.
