I’ve just spoken to an old friend of mine Dicky Borough and he has shed loads of elephant experience. He suggested putting on a Harry Belephantie song and that should calm him down just enough so you can slip a collar and lead on and get the chaps in the pub to use a tranquilliser gun.

Crab claws were ver' nom. Big buggers too. There's a bit of work in them, but not too onerous for those who have Big Slipjoint Pliers in The Shed.
The Memsahib slightly spoiled the show by producing a big bowl of assorted shrubbery whereas I would have slummed it with spicy potato wedges and passed on the assorted shrubbery to the elephant, who might have better appreciated it.
Hey ho.

Yes, I'd certainly have given him the job anyhow smile

Hang on a minute.
I remember that bloke. I met him in a Motorway Service carpark one day. He had an A35 van, of all things.
The bloke in the red I mean. The other bloke looks foreign to me.

I remember one summer when we were kids, we found a great big tractor tyre which we used to play with in the field out the back. We used to take turns sitting inside it, while the others would start it rolling down the hill, gathering speed until it got to the hedgerow at the bottom. Great fun!
It was a good year.

I turned over the page on the calendar and in the box for 1st November wrote, 'Blue car to paintshop.'

A voice in my head said, 'Over.'

Not a good start to the day as our car was stolen just before 3am this morning.

I woke to a notification on the Audi app which was weird so checked the ring app and looked out the window and the car wasn’t there.

Looks like they have got through the garage, picked back conservatory door lock and took keys plus our wallets/cards.

Mrs BB was due our 2nd baby Sunday and both car seats were in the car frown . Very scary knowing they was in the house too

Insurances called, cards cancelled.

Morning/evening Trivialites everywhere wavey
Amazing how a simple thing like actually sleeping properly can make you feel better isn't it?!?

I see Gilbert, for that is what I have decided to name him, is still I'm the Residents Lounge, although he's made quite a mess of the carpet now, and none of the pot plants have survived!!!

I'm not sure if you're all aware but we are rapidly approaching the end of the Volume, does anyone have any idea how we're going to make the jump to Volume 40/41?!??!?

It always makes me smile when you say it's going to be a 3 tee shirt day Magoo!!!

OMG really sorry to hear that. It’s an awful thing to happen to you and your lady, especially at this time. I’m afraid this kind of crime is on the increase in this country and the police are unlikely to catch the scum that did it. I hope the insurance claim runs through smoothly and you are able to put this behind you and your arrival helps to soften the blow.

Sounds like you're keeping it together, Bb. I'd be under the bed gibbering.

Awful. Hope you get sorted.

How's Mrs Bb? Send her our collective kind wishes. Not the Trivial ones, the best ones.

Thanks lads, she wont go anywhere without the light on. Little one woke up about half hour ago. We are all fine thank god.

In one respect at least keys were easy to find and they fked off straight away. I just don’t know how 1) they got into the garage, i’ve just tried to wedge it and its hard work. And 2) what did they do to the ring which lost 4 minutes of footage. It’s like something from Oceans 11 when they switch the cameras .

It just get very annoying now. Car was lease so gap ins should sort that but new lease car deals are terrible and long lead times so do we get used but what is the interest rate on a over inflated used car price these days.

Will need all new door locks as keys were with the car. New garage door maybe?

The stress will probably send Mrs BB into labour now lol

If you don’t laugh you’d cry
