You are absolutely correct. I can sit through most 60s and 70s comedy without so much as a titter. But isn't it a shame that people are not allowed to decide for themselves what they find funny / appropriate?
I am not so much referring to postcards as TV comedy that has been cancelled. It really is pandering to the thickos who can't help but become offended because they cannot differentiate the past from the present.
