Thought I could get it on go 2 after go 1. But couldn't think of anything to fit. There's no way that was springing to mind for me!

It jumped right out at me. I think we started with the same word and that meant there really were only a few options. I could honestly only think of one, as I do hard mode, so have to use any greens in the correct spot on subsequent guesses.

Managed to get yesterday's in 4, but at about 2345h, that clock change had me feeling I had a while left to complete it.

Then a 3 today

Correct, that didn't stand out either TBH, just sprang to mind before the solution did. Just one of those for me.

It was a bit of a disaster as I always only guess using letters I have got, but my second go I thought I'd cracked it and misremembered which third letter I had revealed and typed it in quickly thinking I'd done it.

I've turned on hard mode in the settings now.
