Any idea if the Clachaig Inn is any good? Just realised I haven't been for 15+ years!
Friends went recently and said they enjoyed it!

Also drive into the Kingshouse carpark and see the deer

I've been a few times in recent years and felt it's a bit overrated these days. I guess it's the type of place that would come alive on the right night with the right crowd but it certainly hasn't been anything to write home about.

Maybe see if you can time your visit for when there's live music playing.

Storm coming up through the Dakotas over the weekend (probably originated in Colorado) bringing 2-4 inches, been a quiet month otherwise, temps still reluctant to climb above zero . Still driving on the lakes although ice fishing shacks are all off from tomorrow. Sun and skies have been superb as have the Northern Lights but I would like my lawns back soon .

Well this is looking a bit more like it (albeit apple weather so probably not the most reliable)

We are off to our caravan in Argyll today for two weeks - the BBQ will be lit approx 6 hours from now, can’t wait!!

I don't have any facts or figures to hand, but it feels like it's been a poor Winter if you've got a wind turbine too.

April is the second snowiest month here. Though last year we got very little.

Good, I want to start working in the garden again, but even today with the sun out it's not overly warm.
