I've just been for a ten minute jog, the first run I've done since tearing my calf muscle about six weeks ago.

Today, i have mostly been making an LED strip light for the caravan awning
Items bought:
Ally trunking 1 metre long sections, with opaque cover
10mm LED Strip
Power leads
10 mt connector lead
Soldering iron kit
Universal power adaptor
LED controller
Velcro strip

So measured the LED strip, cut, stuck down, pads soldered and the power leads soldered to it.
Tested, cover snapped into place and et voila, a 1mt LED strip light

Quite pleased with that

Artnoon all!

Wales doing there level best not to be thrashed by Les Bleus, which is nice.

Poor form from Mrs GR after our trusty member rectified the leekin' kettle situation pronto with a temporary solution, and no mistake! Shirley, the old dragon can boil water with a mere puff?

ION: Quicksticks, the Sparrowhawk, has been terrorising the little birds again today. Boy, can that fellow bank!

All over, France victorious but the Irish are on target for the Gland Sham.

I washed Mrs H hair this morning. We had a lovely discussion about where she was going this evening and what makeup she was going to wear. She said it felt just like being at the salon.

IOTN: Where's Dicky?
Playing loosehead prop for trivton thirds.

No chance of him coming on as a replacement fullback across the Irish sea

Oh?

I considered Dicky as a 'first base' sort of chap?

One has to occasionally dig deep to flush out the game?

Well I must say that was mot the game iwas hoping for, not to take anything away from Ireland, they deserved the win, but I think judging by the initial start England made, it would have been much closer with 15 players.

I agree with you, Bobbers.

IOTN: A vital point gained today by Sarfamptun albeit, toolittle-toolate, IMHO!

IOOTN: Have checked with Cook wither or not, a spare kettle is available, should an outpouring occur? A clip around the ear with a basting spoon is all the answer I needed!!!

England showed good spirit but it's Ireland's well earned day today.
Fantastic!

Still not sure if I will have a beer though.

Well done Ireland

I'm annoyed that this is the first time this 6N that England have looked like they wanted to play as they can.

Concerned, I asked Battert if he'd seen my Vacation Request Form that I left on the Hon. Sec's desk. He agreed there had been a piece of paper on the desk but it didn't take kindly to the large piece of lardy cake he put on it, and he threw it away when he tidied up.

Sorry.

Agree spikeyhead, they should have started the six nations as they played that game, it doesn't bode well for the world cup!!!

Indeed, Ireland are well-deserved winners.

Why not a small tipple to celebrate, Magoo old boy?
