Turtley wonderful
Gordon-Keeble?

I may be wrong (it's happened before), but I think that they were built somewhere in the vicinity of Southampton Docks, at least for part of their production run, such as it was.
Correct Dermot, old boy! I remember driving a chum to view one for sale (£16,500 as I recall?) which he bought after some haggling? Quite quick it was....

BTW, congrats on reaching 2000 persts!

Indeed, a philosophy I strive to achieve yet regularly fail!

Nice day for snow-foaming the Up! I shouldn't wonder?
It would have been had I not been otherwise engaged. A snowfoaming session is good for the soul, I find.

And it would benefit from a wash.

That bird must have been well 'ard! WOuldn't like to meet it on a dark night!

Hope all well with His Scrumptiousness? (Devoured by them there Puffins on Skomer?)

IFN: Housekeeping reports.... 'lovely drying day'! This is all well and good, but some are hoping to replenish the waterways and reservoirs, and no mistake. Moorain, they exhort!!!

Thanks, Bobbers. You're too kind.

And when I mentioned "quality, not quantity" I should have clarified that this is an aspiration, not the reality.

I could just as easily adopt the "monkeys, typewriters, complete works of Shakespeare" approach.

You know,it's always fascinated me as to just how the hell they came up with that hypothesis about monkeys, typewriters and Shakespeare!!!!
I mean, I work with some proper baboons, and I'm absolutely fking positive none of that lot are capable of coherent thought, let alone Shakespeare!!!

Your hypothesis about their hypothesis is borne out by it taking a very clever man to come up with:

The boy stood on the burning deck

Twit.

I once drove a freight train from Bath to Reading.

Other useless trivia is also available wink

IOTN, yesterday I spotted a yellow GT40 replica in Oakham, I kept thinking about it all day and I don't half want one.

IO-rather-excellent-N, Mrs.P5B had a phone call today informing her that she now has a date next month for her tip top hip op!

I used to live just down the road from Oakham for the better part of 20 years, i suspect you went through the town i grew up in to either get to Oakham, or on the way out of Oakham
