Reading the above posts whilst sat in one of the restaurants, there are two here, chortling away to myself, showing Mrs Bobbers who is also chortling away too, getting some funny looks from the more mature guests!!!

The bed is behind the sofa by the way, we don't have a suite this time, we are however in an historic room with our own private parking.......

Whilst in York I was forced into purchasing some whisky......

We managed to get a massage booked for me for Monday morning, I've never had a massage other than a deep tissue massage by a sports therapist so I'm rather looking forward to it!!!

I wondered if it was some sort of illness, either way up it's most irrational and irresponsible behaviour. Let's hope there's some form of resolution to it all soon.

Anyhow, I've concluded my pick up business in Yarmuff and we've made our weekly pilgrimage to the Tractor & Tailback.
Anyone for a couple of scampi fries?

I'm skipping on he who must be shamed. I have to be at a clients on Monday but I've managed to book the car in for an MOT on monday, so Sunday night will be busy. I have my daughters car keys so it's drive back sunday, get fuel, rescue the car and drop it at the garage for an MOT. Spent some time today making calls, caling in favours and think I've got everything in place.

So we've been to folly farm, most of the animals were inside so we got really close, lions, monkeys, giraffes, baby lambs and goats etc, plus fun on the vintage fairground...
Then this afternoon we've been shell hunting on a special beach I know where there are giant shells, twith Asha running around, having a great time. Then we played dragons and knights with a foam sword and a dragon cardboard shield (bampi is an excellent cardboard engineer) and then tea was a huge hake fillet, freshly caught this morning. Bedtime stories about dragon stew, done
Kids are in bed, bampi is looking forward to quiet time Nana is asleep...
A really fun enjoyable day...even if I have walked a bazillion miles with Elsie on my back in a backpack

Thanks, treading lightly, just trying to enable her to move forward whilst wanting to shout "FFS Kick the st out!"
Daughter is already sorting out other stuff, we';; send her back with food, nappys, baby formula - "might as well take back what we've got here because they'll outgrow... etc" having stocked up whilst were were out today - two cars come in handy... but I don't want to be the sift touch bailing them out again

So I guess all I can do is to ensure they have a great few days, eat well, before they go back to reality.
