I thought you meant the the chap who's camera had a habit of taking photos, er, up things that should not be photo'd up. He was also a grand fromage around here, but I don't think we are allowed to mention his name any more.

iirc 10 pence short was banged up because he was (by his own admission) driving like a knob and hit an oncoming car whilst he was on the wrong side of the road. But he did not, as far as I recall, have a dark history of wrongdoing.
