I can now confirm that it did indeed unload itself on us, a mixture of sleet and hail!!!

I’ve lit the fire! Stark contrast to yesterday! Just had a cold hard drop of rain.

Madame M has arrived in Norf Norfolk and is cooking her mum some dinner! All is good!

Just had a rather bumpy hop over the Alps - had to keep hold of the glass FFS - but London looks calm now, even if the temperature is a tad fresh.

We tweaked the heating on when we arrived home, mind you we both looked like drowned rats!!!

I lit the logburner this evening. Didn't think I'd be doing that again until the Autumn.

That’s where I volunteer and do the Vulcan cockpit tours. Trust you enjoyed your visit.

VILLAGE NEWS

The Trivton Duck Pond Preservation Group has been disbanded. Even before it emerged that the group was irrelevant and unnecessary, due to the pond being protected in perpetuity by Royal Decree of Henry III, tensions within the group were high and would have inevitably led to the group self-destructing. A spokesperson for the group is quoted as saying, "Quacks were already appearing."

Gude Moaneve tworloff ewe! wavey

What an tempestuous weather event that was yesterday! Rough and tough, a stiff wind up the Khyber, trenchul rain, hail, sleet, snow - yes, SNOW!, tornadoes, flatulence and a trip to Asda.
A fresh dump of snow has abruptly brought a halt to any golfist's aspirations in the Alpine resort of Villars-sur-Ollon. ( I like to keep an eye on the place because I can. )
Rumour has it that all of this was brought upon by some psi chap jetsetting all around Europe with scant regard for the climate or the wellbeing of us poor oiks trapped in the aftermath.
Thank goodness he didn't spill his drink, which would have been something of a catastrophe.

Good to hear that Wilcat45 and his niece were well looked after by the volunteers at Hammo's Hideaway, proving that the Solway Aviation Museum is probably one if the very best in the Carlisle area. I hope Big Bev is soon able to move to her new home.

Magoo, I trust Big V is keeping well, and Mme M enjoys her visit to Norf Narfk.
Please pass on our kindest regards and tell her to send us a small box of crabs and/or bloaters.

My Elbow Test has indicated that today is favourable to do stuff, so I'd better crack on with it.
scratchchin Now then, what was I supposed to be doing? confused

idea I know! I'll make another cuppa T! That will help jog my...

...my... my... err... Wotchermacallit! bowtie
