Good morneve, one an dawl.
Not much to report, left hip is less painful, so I think that between us, Bobbers and I can probably rustle up a nalmost matching pair of functioning hips. And a pair that aren't.
Today, being Friday, will be domestic duties, steppage, and probably a nafternoon of the Post Office Horizon Inquiry. Isn't it amazing that so many highly-paid high-achievers have such poor memories?

The early throst has disappeared and a centipede has come back to bask in the bright sunshine. Lovely blue sky and white fluffy clouds in a cluster, hanging in the breeze to dry... *

IOTN, Yesternoon after school, Robbopoppetlet and I made a double chocolate strawberry and blueberry cream sponge sandwich cake.
She is a very skilled bakeresslet, it is delicious!
It was a privilege to witness her egg-cracking, whisking and stirring talents.
She should be a leading contender for a junior bake-off contest.
Ah well, carry on keeping calm and carrying on!
Bobbers, your Tea-Shirt design is lovely, but will there be an alternative for those amongst us with a preference for coffee?

The trivial oddities when you’re not built like most people… get ready for a plethora (well four…) of trivial facts about me.
Last week I realised why earphones generally don’t fit in my ears.
fact 1 : I have little to no Tragus on my ears
Fact 2 : I don’t have any sort of antitragus.
So earphones have nothing to support them and just fall out.
It’s headphones or custom molded in ear monitors for me!
I also seem to have gorilla arms. Your “wingspan” e.g the length from tip to tip of your fingers when arms held wide is normally your height. So if you’re 6 foot your wingspan should be 6 foot on average. My wingspan is 5 inches longer than my height.
Dovetail this with caveman feet. The width of my feet is 4 sizes bigger than average. Needing extra-extra-wide fit (6EE). This means you get to pay a wide feet tax on shoes.
Being built like an utter brick outhouse has its disadvantages. People ask me what I do for a living due to my build and when I tell them I sit behind a laptop 40 hours a week they’re somewhat surprised.

I have been to Asda.
They had just 4 (four) bottles of Erdinger Alkoholfrei in stock.
I was rather hoping to invest in a case of twelve (12) bottles.I enquired as to whether they had further stock in the back storeroom, and a pleasant young lad said they had not, but they were expecting a delivery at about 16:00hrs. He didn't actually say "16:00hrs", he said "four o'clock". But I knew what he meant. I purchased the four bottles and made my way back home.
So a return visit is required this evening, which I shall combine with collecting my fresh batch of Haribo Starmix from the in-store Farmer C, who have just notified me that my prescription is now ready for collection.
I hope Carys Yaris doesn't incur a penalty charge notice for using the car park twice in the same day.

Well, wheel, whale!!!
Fridays working hours are done, lunch has been consumed, a layered prawn salad and a bottle of Cherry flavoured water, next up a 30 minute workout followed by 20 minutes on the exercise bike, then a shower and finally off to visit my dad!!
Talking of dad, I had confirmation yesterday that the funding for a residential placement has been approved and a further call this morning about where that placement is likely to be............
Basically, somewhere in Hampshire apparently.
I've explained that it could cause issues as I'm his only living relative, and they have agreed to try to keep it to within a catchment area including Portsmouth, Havant, Fareham, Southampton, Totten and Hythe.
Fridays working hours are done, lunch has been consumed, a layered prawn salad and a bottle of Cherry flavoured water, next up a 30 minute workout followed by 20 minutes on the exercise bike, then a shower and finally off to visit my dad!!
