As someone who sells convertible cars, I've been keeping a close eye on the weather to see if it was as bad as we all thought it was last year.
We've had four days in Surrey this year so far when it hasn't rained at some point during the day.
Four days.
That’s weird. On the south coast we’ve had 34 with 0mm and another 13 with less than 1mm ie negligible rain. We've had four days in Surrey this year so far when it hasn't rained at some point during the day.
Four days.
January was actually slightly drier than average here. February we had twice the long term average rainfall. March look like it’s going to be about 50% more than average. Total rainfall so far looks broadly similar to 2016, might just exceed it, won’t get close to 2014.

How far above sea level are you?
82m according to the internet. I think it is out too as during the winter storms we went way past stormy down into 'Made in England'
