Nipped out for a pizza earlier, this guy was doing the same but in his pyjama bottoms and slippers..

Taking sly pictures to post on social media = council.

And being in a pizza shop = council.
Depends on the pizza shop.

Italian pizza shop owned and staffed by Italians serving Italian ingredients = not council

'Italian' pizza shop not owned and staffed by Italians, serving kebabs from the elephants leg, pizzas made from the cheapest ingredients on frozen pizza bases = council

What about wood fired pizza vans run by hipsters “using our passion for perfect pizza as the main ingredient”?

There is a pizzeria / chip shop in our village run by an Italian family who make really good pizzas (and tiramisu) at a reasonable price. A small, trendy bistro opened up round the corner from them (owned by a local football player) selling nothing but overpriced "artisan" pizzas made in an equally overpriced oven. Needless to say, after the novelty wore off, they went bump and have recently reopened as a slightly more normal cafe bar, selling some pizzas, but also more "normal" food too. The Italian pizzeria is still going strong and selling damn good pizzas.

Having just recently got a dog, I have noticed that council seems to be strong in this area. I passed a lady leaving a two up, two down, terraced property leaving with two massive beasts. A quick glance showed dog mess still in the garden, along with the kids toys...
Nice.

Two up, two down with a hallway, landing, bathroom, kitchen and back yard or a proper poverty spec two up, two down?
Assuming a terraced property is somehow inferior = you guessed it. smile

Went around to our buy to let to supervise some repairs. I counted 9 dog turds in the back garden.

4 on the decking, which is very slippery. And 5 on the concrete flags.

She has a 7 year old child. Why would you leave it like that?

I haven't been officially asked in writing as per her AST if she can have a pet.

The rent is due to go up soon.

A ‘soft eviction’ - keep putting the rent up so the bad tenant moves out of their own accord.

And run the risk of turning them into a non-payer requiring a forced eviction and all the costs and time that goes along with it.
Short sighted move.
