Luck that it’s in Ireland really, seeings as you’ll need your PADI qualification.

Am ex girlfriends auntie was secretly nicknames The MILF from Muff by myself. We stayed there one weekend and she'd do breakfast in these skinny nighties.

The nan would also stay to enforce that I wasn't staying in the same as her granddaughter. Unluckily I walked on her wiping her arse one day.

My dad was a professional diver and on first meeting my mum told her straight faced that he was a fully qualified Marine Underwater Fire Fighter or more commonly referred to as a MUFF diver - being a somewhat naive girl from a rural part of the Highlands, she went home and told her Father and brothers all about what her new boyfriend did for a living!

I always have a snigger when I look at my old Merchant Navy Record book, It's actually called a "Seamans Discharge Book" in putrid green and pus yellow,

I need to know if there's any real underwater action going on before I join, or are they just all fannying around?
I believe there are regular coastal expeditions to look for the fabled bearded clam.

A brother lives quite close to Muff. He's heard all the jokes. But they never get old.

Used to laugh at the sign posts on the crescent link roundabout in Derry. There was a "Top" petrol station there. So there were signs with directions for Top Muff.

My great grandfather was born in Magh (Muff), just outside Derry, even though it's in Co Donegal. Well, that's what I tell people, as it was definitely somewhere around there, and it's safer than saying either Derry or Londonderry to the wrong people.

It's important to know that Knowehead is on the outskirts of Muff.

I guess diving in Muff is better than diving in Wilsford cum Lake.
