Pretty much nothing but cloud and very much not warm.
And somehow it’s one of those days where everything I do is wrong and Mrs UTH hates me. Hooray.

Well it's sunny, breezy with cloudy spells here in the south - just tried painting the fence but when the cloud rolls by and the wind picks up I was shivering. I've come indoors!

Lovely mooring in The Pennines if you stayed out of the sneaky wind. The reservoirs are full to the brim but at long last it was less muddy under foot. Clouded over a bit this aft. I’m trying to hide in the garage but apparently there are some garden jobs waiting for me!

Lovely in south wales no wind so feels pretty warm in the sun. Still cold in the shade though.

Beautiful here in Guernsey, amazing light levels after such a grey winter, even managed some gardening in a T shirt.

7am in Warwick was beautiful clear blue skies.

Gradually clouded over but still bright and sunny.

The northerly wind is a bit deceiving. Went out for a 30 mile ride earlier and heading south was pleasant. Return leg of the loop was obviously north and it was like hitting a wall at times.

Still, I much prefer this over the constant rain of the last few months.

Ironically I was thinking exactly this yesterday. From March 2020 onwards it was like being on holiday nearly every day. I was however, one of those essential Key workers who didn't get furlough or didn't get a day off for it.

Did they seed the clouds to fk off?
It was almost to the day that lockdown one started, glorious spell of weather! I also worked through it, but I was lovely nonetheless

Finally a nice day for Glasgow.

Cold start (0 degrees) but very pleasant this afternoon in the garden at 15 degrees.

It almost hit 20 in NI yesterday - shows the position of the high was irratatingly close for the majority of us.

Yep, grey, overcast, cold (avg 10 degrees daytime and 4-5 degrees overnight) every day this week in Beds, with showers here and there…

Grim. Weekend before last was glorious - both days out in the garden in T shirts, so many jobs done. Can’t wait for Spring to show up…

The only glimmer of hope in the MetOffice long range forecast is that temps go up by 1 degree on average every week currently...

Don't despair guys, the rain is going to be a bit warmer here (Berks/Oxon border) next week.

I mean at this stage I will take it, today is the worst by far, raining again but its also bloody freezing. Last couple of days havent needed the heating in the morning as the house warms up from the sun at the back, but today it went on

I can just about accept a stty March/April/start to Spring, if we look back on May, June, July, August and we had some good runs of weather.
But if we start eating into May with similar cold, grey, wet.....I am going to feel my optimism fade.

You're right, it's been almost constant.
So strange. I'm absolutely sick of it.

Same. I've been feeling pretty low lately for various things and the stty weather is just making it so much worse. Fed up of it.
