So long as that north is northerer than Oxford, job's a good 'un. Not too hot though, please.

Quite reasonable here in Preston earlier when I took the dogs out.
Was a nice change.
Swiftly followed by rain.

Thanks to high pressure in the south, the weekend is looking good. Of course, if high pressure is south of the UK, there'll be areas in the north on the boundary that could get washed out.

Oh well tongue out

Pretty miserable rainy afternoon at the holiday site in the New Forest but did manage to have fish and chips on the beach when it was dry.

Unfortunately frozen chips which is a cardinal sin in my opinion but I was getting hangry.

Colin must have definitely been banned for the great muslim replacement theory stuff he posted in NP&E.

Oddly, a number of places along the south coast are currently on alert due to high tides and low pressure threatening some low level flooding.

I didn't know weather (see what I did there) I should post in this thread or keep the old one going, but bloody hell this is miserable. I'm on the south coast and yes Saturday was nice enough, but the last couple of days haven't been that good. Today it's currently 7 degrees, with a feels like 3 warning. It's more blowy than a cheap hooker, and everywhere is flooded, with further flood warnings due to the expected high tides.

I said after a ride 3 weeks ago, had spring sprung, promptly for it to spend the next week or two raining incessantly. Saturday was another brief respite before when appears to be another shambles of a week. I genuinely cannot remember a year when it was this late, yet we've still not really had a decent few days. It's utterly miserable. I hate it.

Isn’t it!!!

Woke up today. It’s like the solar eclipse is still going on. It’s very very dark out there with thick black cloud cover. Thoroughly miserable.

I lit the fire for some bright light rather than warmth.

This thread needs to be closed. It's jinxed the weather for the whole country.

You just have to hold on until the weekend (in the south).

Meanwhile, I'm off on a work jolly to Ljubljiana today. 24 degrees and sunny. beer

This is now.

Hopefully, border control won't let Puggit back in when he returns.
