Cannot imagine you to tell your captors "Its Welsh you tard....."

BBC said:
They were carrying medical supplies which had Welsh words printed on them.

Mr Montgomery-Johnson told the BBC: "They thought this was Hebrew and we were Israeli spies."

I had a visitor from Dorset call me up on his way to visit me in North Wales asking if I was close to a place called Gwesanaethau, "it must be big because I have been seeing signs for it for miles" he said.

For the unwelsh of us it is welsh for services

Why would it be mirrored on the rear?
What a waste. Had it been on the front of an ambiwlans that would've been fun.

Indeed. It was the cause of much specualtion, feeble humour and abandoned PhotoShop attempts.

It's a magnetic badge rather than a sticker. Maybe there isn't enough frontal area or they didn't have one the correct way round due to budget cuts.
