Are those Vehicles from the First workd war? They look too new for that.

It is a shame as when I saw the real "amber room" they explained that the walls were foil to recreate the original look.

There's various posts on the 28 Days Later Urbex forum about those vehicles and the rest of the cave network. Most of the APCs are 70s or later Panhards IIRC
