Teal ribbon is for cervical cancer.

The pink is personal to her and is in memory of my mum who we lost to breast cancer.

Both are to get people talking and raise awareness.

It is, pleased she went for something personal, the artist took good care of her as well, very impressed with him.

My daughter designed this and took herself off to have it done today, super proud of her for using this to raise awareness.

My first thought was that the SNP do not need an awareness campaign.

My only ink so far, I've wanted something in this style for a long time though biggrin

I'm struggling to get a good pic of it though.

Hi , Could you let me know the artist please ? This looks similar to a guy i follow on instagram called Florin Zaharia (not UK based and probably has a wait list a mile long)

First proper one, back of the upper part of my left arm.

Also got this on the inside of my left forearm. Please ignore the dodgy camera perspective giving me a popeye-esque forearm.

I also have a little glyph on the inside of my right forearm that stands for transcend, got it in thailand bamboo style.

Very nice. Definitely my preference in style over say the hyper real stuff (which is technically excellent of course). Most of mine are in a similar vein. Who's it by?

I like that. What’s the meaning behind it? If any.

Yeah, same with me. I appreciate the artistic effort in the realism stuff but I prefer my tattoos to look like tattoos. I've had a bit of work from Duncan X.

I haven't updated any new work on here. I think I've just post my 3/4 sleeve about 18 months ago, which I subsequently had extended, and then I think I put 1 or 2 from my leg too.. I've had quite a lot of work since but since Johnny stopped posted on here, no one's posted on a regualr basis, me included.

When I've had the 2nd session on mt new right arm sleeve, I'll post a pic or 2. cool

The pic of the skeletons in an embrace surrounded by a twisted vine is my girlfriends latest one.

I'm booked in with him at the end of the month to either have a similar skeleton on the back of my right arm but praying or a stylised macabre arrow down the blade of my right forearm.

No meaning behind it essentially other than I very much like his style and I very much like skeletons. It's based on a hand drawn anatomical medical book.

The skeleton praying is what I fancy for the other arm.

That looks similar to some of the prints I purchased from Chris Bourke:

Nice, not my thing but very nicely done. I like your Mrs' one that you linked to, too. The artist says there's more to come on hers, what's she planning?

Side piece from upper ribs to lower thigh. Love story, albeit a skeletal one.

Forgot to mention that if you're in to skeletons Matt Bailey's (NSFW) work is worth a look:
https://www.instagram.com/baileyillustration/?hl=e...

I see he's tattooing at Parliament now (in some strange, previously mentioned. Duncan X mash up coincidence).

Now she can't donate blood for at least 4 months.

Donating blood is far more useful and will save lives.

I'm having this done on Monday and it'll be my second, my first being some script on my back. A local tattoo place designed it for me.

Not sure what will hurt more, the tattoo or the chest wax i had a couple of days ago ready for it! biggrin
