Perhaps something the older PHers won't understand. It's my 4th tattoo and the first with colour and that's purely inked for selfish reasons.

Wanting to get my second tattoo now. Im leaning towards the Trash Polka theme this time. Most likely on my leg again.

Just need to find a design i like! Sister did mention she'd like to design one for me.

Please get a professional to do the next part. I take it you've done this yourself?

It’s not the best pic, but I didn’t think it was too bad laugh

It was done in Arnage (not by myself)

No matter - I like it, and the memories of Le Mans will last as long as the tatoo

I hope it doesn’t go the way of tribal!
Tribal never looked good. Some of the trash polka stuff coming out of Eastern Europe is incredible. One of the best looking styles of done well.

I’m just curios I saw this bloke on a bus and couldn’t see who the 2 faces are meant to be ie are they meant to be someone famous? He had loads of other bad tats. No, I didn’t ask.

New ones for me in a few weeks. More cartoony animals on my leg to join the others, done by Oli at Magnum Circus in Cheltenham. He's done four good ones for my partner and she always raves about how lovely he is, so I thought I'd give him a go.

It’s fine
Just get as much other LM stuff as you can around it to hide liven it up and it’ll be great!

I think we've reached Peak Ink:

Woman who spent £14k on her body goes blind after getting her eyeballs tattooed

Sadly, I think some serious issues pre-existed the marking.

News just in! Attention seeker gets some attention! More in our late bulletin!

This reminds me of a story from Judge Dredd - anybody can be made to look beautiful, but it shows real commitment to stand out from the crowd if you make yourself ugly.

I'm genuinely surprised it only cost her £14k for all of that coverage, but she is well known at the more extreme end of the scene.

What a pity, she looked like she was quite cute before she had a little bit too much ink.... I wonder why there is no moderation in things these days.

Forgot to post my recent stuff..

Starting to get back in the mix and make some bookings, trying to fill arms gaps and make a start of my legs.

Plan is left leg - all colour / traditional; Right leg - black only / mixed styles (fine-line, dot work, cross-hatch etc)..

April: Hobo clown - £50 'get what you get' machine special laugh - Lee Pound @ One Shot Charlie's, Stourbridge.

August: Snake & dagger - Siggy Starfish @ Death Or Glory, Copenhagen:

Last week: Traditional flower (forgot to take finished pic - it's all flakey at the mo) quick filler piece - Michael Hodges @ One SHot Charlie's, Stourbridge:

Upcoming... (links to artist's reference to save clogging up the thread with other people's pieces smile )

In a couple weeks I'm booked in with Aaron Breeze @ Life & Death, Shrewsbury for a mandala / flower in my left elbow ditch..

Then in December I'm staying in London overnight to see 2 artists at Sang Bleu for leg pieces...

Sewp is doing one of his risque women...

... and Maic is doing a death-themed piece in his hatched / woodblock drawing style.

I've left the design pretty open for those 2 really, just referenced their previous work. Will do quick consultations on the day before the sessions just to go over the ideas etc. They're both going on my right 'black only' leg.

Couple other artists I'd like to see from that studio for colour pieces on my other leg. One I've managed to liaise with so far is Dani Queipo who does some vibrant kinda-traditional work, I'm on his waiting list for March bookings, hoping to get a lighthouse piece not dissimlar to this one.

So a busy few months! I might end up with small filler pieces here and there along the way, just depends when I have time available rotate
