Fail!

I too cannot believe that I abbreviated your screen name to BWS, have I just been pwned? Blast!

I'll explain, I constantly see your posts with the first two letters in CAPS. I assume your little finger is lagging somewhat.

Jesus. Does thier humour have no bounds?
It was, I believe, by an English poster who posted this. Could it be possible that an English person made a joke about a good american quiz show player?

My assumption was that it was some kind of American game show where you got rewarded for writing your name really quickly. Not only did Ken win, so get the prize money, he also had time to do it in a fancy typeface, hence 'pwning' the other competitors.

As far as I can tell this suggestion is no more far fetched than the premise upon which deal or no deal is based.

Pretty accurate. My small finger has turned into a spastic but largely as a result of aquiring a tt of a keyboard that has the RH keys slightly offset from the LH keys which is supposed to help tying but turns your small finger into a mong somehow.

Sadly whilst your remonstrations are perfectly valid, I think Oakey has hit the nail on the proverbial here. It is on the internet, it has the word PWNED below it, therefore by default it is assumed to be amusing.

Feel free, my cock-staring friend, to believe that secretarial/typing ability is a sign of intelligence and success.
I feel the world would be my oyster if only my typing was a little better.
WHat could I achieve in life if it were.
Could I possibly end up as succesful as you if I did a secretarial course?

I wonder if it (and the use of pwned, !!11One etc) originally started off as a joke to mock the idiots who typoed but then started being used in a clique kind of way (part of a gang/family/tribe) and then was perceived as being cool to use because you were associated with this family of like-minded individuals and felt clever, being above normal society, and also associated this kind of typing with good times had playing your favourite computer game. Or am I thinking too much into it? silly

I think I can explain here.

You see the Owl is a bird (no really, look it up), and someone has just suggested he takes a flight from ORLY Airport in Paris (maybe he's a French owl, or perhaps was visiting French relatives in Paris, who knows). Obviously he has his own wings so he doesn't need to buy an expensive flight on Air France, so he's quizzically asking "ORLY?". As you can see, he is also amused at the prospect.

I don't know how this is relevant here, I'm still working on that.
