Last night Patrick Swayze died ,this morning it has been announced that Keith Floyd has died - as we all know these "Celebrity Deaths" happen in threes, so who will be next and why?

You could choose somebody actually in power, which would have a beneficial effect.

No doubt when Mrs T dies there'll be scruffy unemployed leftie types and assorted 'children of Blair' jumping on her grave whooping rolleyes

There was a tribute on the tv to Keith Floyd very recently - was it last night? Sunday night? - a personal tribute to Keith Floyd by another Keith (shows how much attention I paid redface ). He looked old and sounded very weary.

My money is on looking in the radio crimes for tributes to once-famous stars on the haunted fishtank, to get the next one right wink .

And 'the third death' referred to above was Felix Bowness - played the jockey? - on Hi-De-Hi.

Not a celebrity obviously and someone that doesn't deserve to be in the same thread, let it be someone who's alway in the news for all the wrong reasons. We've lost two decent human beings so someone like Ian Brady will do for me. Plus I've got him in the deadpool at work.

That's a sad day. I met Keith Floyd at a wine tasting evening in the Serbian Embassy in Hanover Sq last year (bizarre I know... maybe it was the stty Serbian wine that finished him off!) He was a really lovely bloke, but looked very ill indeed and told me that his doctor had instructed him to never touch booze again. Just goes to show what the stuff can do to you eek

Patrick Swayze eh...

Best film ever made - Point Break
Worst film ever made - Dirty Dancing

The poor bloke never quite found his niche in life eh.

RIP both of them.
