Best stag do I have been on we hired a cottage in Wales and had a gentlemans weekend away.

On the Sunday we climbed Tryfan dressed in Tweed trying to keep pipes lit on the way up. Quick champers on the summit then back down to the pub before we got hyperthermia.

Had dinner back in the cottage followed by an extensive cheese / port course into the evening.

No crappy nightclubs, no strippers, no vomiting (actually - that one's a lie)

Depends on what you enjoy doing but none of us would normally go clubbing (not for the last 10 years anyway). Still stands out by being distinguishable from all the other stag dos.

I've been on several European Stag weekends - Budapest, Barcelona, Prague, etc. They all end becoming a blur. When taking into account all costs I have spent almost £1k per weekend. With that in mind, why not go on the Jonathan Palmer day at Bedford Autodrome with beers after. I've not been but every review I've ever seen says it's amazing and is somethng you'll all talk about for years. Unlike other track days, they actually encourage you to go faster and compete with each other in some of the best cars. It costs a bloody fortune but is worth every penny. I keep hoping to get a corporate invite, but if it doesn't appear in the next 5 years I'm just going to pay for it myself.
I'd love to do that but the cost is just too much, my stag party wont pay it.
Not really looked at the JP day before, no prices as such on the website, but the vouchers are for about £850 peak season for an individual, so I assume it won't be more than that biggrin It does look great fun though.

A lot for a stag do certainly, but I might stump up for me and my dad to do it once my mum is a bit better and he doesn't need to look after her so much smile

Just organised a stag do for a mate (I'm best man), tried to get us on this because it looks pretty cool...

You could do this and then stay in Bournemouth, loads of stuff to do around there: climbing, biking, fishing trips, coasteering etc etc
