The floor is yours gents, make me feel better.
Rant at people that assume there will only be "gents" on any car related forum...I feel much better now...
(I Think I got away with it...)
Don't start adding to the aggro quotient please.
:P
When stressed - I pull the skin around my fingernails back often until it bleeds, mild "Dermatillomania" if you will. Actually, I do that when I'm not stressed to, but to a lesser extent.
I've actually got it under control recently as I'm using a decent handcream that is helping my fingers heal properly - I often look at a hard bit of skin/skin catch and think "that's untidy, I'd better deal with that".
More constructively - I listen to music that I know will cheer me up - At the moment, I've got "Werewolves of London" on repeat on my iPod

In all seriousness, going to the gym or going for a run always helps me when I'm stressed out, even if I don't feel like going.
If I'm not badly stressed out, then going for a drive is ideal, but if I'm really stressed/angry, I've discovered that going for a drive is too dangerous cos I end up driving like a madman.
