Topical...Norman Gunston (remember him?)

This week that Gough Whitlam died, I vaguely recall Gunston being around at the time of the dismissal. In fact, he happened to be present for the 'infamous' speech by the Queen's representative.

Imagine Dennis Pennis being on hand to interview John Major after Maggie got burned and you get the idea...possibly the worst possible nightmare for all those Alistair Campbell types without whom modern politics would not exist...

I found a pack of these at the Co-Op today. Not seen them for ages.
Mmmmmmmmmmmm. Although they don't smell as perfumey as they used to.

I stopped to fill up at a random petrol station in the centre of Slough a few years ago, and discovered 'Giant' Parma Violets. They were similar in size and shape to Refreshers.

I did the only thing I could, and bought ten packs. yum

Oh yes.

I have every episode sat on my hard drive.

They don`t make kids shows like this anymore. It`s actually really dark, a lot more sinister than I remember it from it`s original showing.

I also have every episode of "Trapdoor" too.
