The only ones I have are all paperback, but the first editions were ones I found through friends of friends and were (then - about 10 years ago) too expensive - they were, probably, not actually that expensive really.

Agreed.

I also agree with Batty, in that I detest how images that once portrayed innocence, are used in such a way. Maybe we're all sentimental fools, but I'm glad I'm one of them.
