Does it have an easy route into Warrington in the morning though? Traffic can be terrible in certain parts
The traffic from north of Warrington in to town in rush hour is horrific, granted. OP another vote for Cultcheth, if you don't fancy that far, cinnamon brow, or some parts of locking stumps are nice.

That's not true at all. I travel from north Warrington (Croft) everyday into Warrington (bridgefoot island) at it's worse it could take 20 mins. Most times I can be in the office around 10-15 mins.

Interesting. Which way do you go? Every time I've tried to get into Warrington at anything near rush hour, it's been a nightmare. I always use the A49, perhaps that's my mistake.OP another vote for Cultcheth, if you don't fancy that far, cinnamon brow, or some parts of locking stumps are nice.

Must not go the 49 route then, More likely down Dam lane past Cinnomon Brow/Padgate?
Indeed, Delph lane, cinnamon brow, padgate then Manchester road. Works a treat.Halb said:
I drive thru a lot. I also jog thru there. The Car place has some nice cars! I have popped along and drooled over the ASton MArtins before now!!
There a fev a few nice houses in Kenyon Lane area, wouldn't mind winning the lotto and buying one
Yeah, our next door neighbour has given that garage a bit of business over the years. They have a DBS in there at the moment. There a fev a few nice houses in Kenyon Lane area, wouldn't mind winning the lotto and buying one
This on Kenyon Lane has been on the market for a while now, I think over a year. Nice place, but the traffic would put me off. I'm pretty sure it was on for £600k to begin with.
Yeh, not keen on the traffic flow. A lot jump off the EAst LAncs there to jump on the 62.
That house is very nice. I always like one further up, it not on right move now, but its on the corner as Kenyon lane bends round to Croft. Away from the road it was up for 1 mill last time I looked....ahh dreams for now
I am envious of your neighbour. The car owners brother cuts my hair!!

The traffic can be a nightmare. I've been in touch with a representative from the council a couple of times, and he actually had some signage changed on my request! They are also implementing a new traffic light system that will link all the lights in the area together, and change waiting times appropriately. That house is very nice. It's a relatively nice area. No scrotes and easy access to the motorway network and trains.
Sorry for the bump, does anyone know anything about the developments here?

Been to see a coach house apartment there, and the architecture of the buildings is actually really nice, and none of the housing is social, apparently it's based on a medieval town, with spires, big wooden doors, etc...

My ex-boss lives near there. It's nice enough, if a bit 'estatey'. Very close to the M62 also, you can see it from the Google Street View images.

Butts Green looks nice though, reminds me a bit of Whittle Hall.
