Thanks a lot for your kind offer, we've driven past it a few times though.

Estate Agents want £125 each for "Credit Checks", what the fk, are they checked my entire extending fking family?!

It is OK, near to the flicks. Cromwell road though is a fracking knightmare at busy times. If you go tother way to m62 new junction then fair enough.

Live in Great Sankey myself, nice area, plenty of pubs and it's usual quiet (except for fridays see "pubs"). I'd avoide chappleford my self. The houses are a tad pokey and you pay a premium for F'all. There was also an issue with subsidance on a lot of houses round there a couple of years ago (I'll see if i can find some info on it).


re: traffic...

I can't help but laugh at the a49 commuters as I shoot down poplars ave, traffic free.

I didnt like Chapelford, Kingswood is lovely though.
